Laundry care
White clothes gradually lose brightness through soil, body oils, detergent residue, and accidental colour transfer. Small habits make the biggest difference.
1. Separate whites early
Wash white garments separately from dark or strongly coloured clothing. Even a small amount of dye transfer can make whites appear dull over time.
2. Treat marks before washing
Apply a suitable stain treatment before the garment goes into the washer. Always follow the care label and test products on an inconspicuous area first.
3. Avoid overloading the machine
Clothes need space for water and detergent to circulate. An overloaded washer may leave soil and detergent residue behind.
4. Dry in a way that suits the fabric
Follow the care instructions closely. Drying items fully before storing them helps prevent dullness, odours, and moisture-related problems.
Do not use bleach or whitening products unless the garment’s care label and the product label both confirm they are suitable.
